Refund policy

*All returns/exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.

*We accept returns for undamaged & unworn items 10 calendar days after you received your order. Returns are refunded for store credit only.

*All items must be returned in the condition that they were sent in. Items must still have tags on, be unworn, unwashed, deodorant free, stain free, perfume and smoke free.

* If your item is damaged you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis.

     

*All Not Your Dads Closet items are FINAL SALE (vintage items, reworked vintage items, Carhartt jackets, etc.)

* Made to order items are not eligible to be returned. Once your order has been placed your items are created specially for you! This means that once you submit your order we can no longer exchange sizes, return, or refund your order. Made to order items include but are not limited to Holiday Crewnecks/T-shirts, Scrapbook Crewnecks & The Ave Hats.  
* Sale items

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

*Email info@theave.store with your name, order number, item you would like to return and reason for return. Make sure to email us within 10 days of receiving your order.

* You will receive an email from us within 3 business days on how to proceed with your return. The customers is responsible for return shipping fees. 

*Once received we will issue you an E-Gift Card for the original amount of the item only, we do not refund the original method of payment.
